These working terms explain the present marketing and early-access boundary while final customer terms are prepared.

Product and provider
BinSuite is a business operating platform offered by BinCrafters. The public site provides product information and accepts requests for a controlled early-access program; submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or availability.
Early-access participation
If invited, a participant will receive separate pilot terms defining scope, permitted use, responsibilities, data boundaries, support, feedback, confidentiality, and exit arrangements. Those terms—not this launch draft—will govern the pilot.
Important use boundaries
Do not submit protected health information, cardholder data, passwords, secrets, or other regulated or highly sensitive information through public marketing forms. Product use must stay within the written scope agreed for the pilot.
Final terms still required
The production agreement will address acceptable use, customer responsibilities, fees if applicable, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, liability, suspension, termination, retention, deletion, dispute terms, and other provisions reviewed for the actual service.
