Launch draft

Privacy notice

This page is a transparent working draft for the BinSuite marketing site and early-access program.

Last updated: July 28, 2026

i

This draft is not the final production privacy notice. It does not create promises about product behavior that has not been verified. Before public launch, BinCrafters will align the final notice with the data flows, vendors, retention practices, and rights process actually in operation and will obtain appropriate legal review.

01

Who provides BinSuite

BinSuite is a product of BinCrafters. BinCrafters generally expects to act as controller or business for its own website, sales, account, and billing information, and as processor or service provider for customer content. The final customer agreement and data-processing terms will preserve that distinction.

02

What this draft covers

The final notice is expected to explain information submitted through the marketing site and early-access application, essential technical records, communications, vendors, security, retention, deletion, and privacy requests. Those sections will reflect the services actually enabled at launch.

03

Current launch boundary

The early launch is intended for US businesses. BinSuite is not presently intended for protected health information, and payment-card data should not be submitted through BinSuite or its marketing forms.

04

No advertising assumptions

This draft does not claim that advertising cookies, analytics, or cross-site tracking are active. Any final cookie and analytics language will match the tools actually deployed and the consent choices presented to visitors.

05

Optional analytics choices

When optional analytics are configured, the site asks before loading Google Tag Manager and stores only the visitor’s accepted or rejected choice in local browser storage. Rejecting analytics prevents the tag manager from loading. Withdrawing earlier consent records the rejection and reloads the page so the previously running tag-manager context is no longer present in the new document. Early-access form answers and contact details are not sent to analytics. This disclosure remains part of the launch draft and will be reconciled with the final production configuration and legal review.
